Frequently asked questions

When do plan credits arrive and expire?

Monthly credits arrive after each verified payment and expire at that month's billing period end. Yearly credits arrive all at once after verified payment and expire at the yearly period end.

What does Agent planning cost?

Direct and Agent-assisted planning do not debit credits. Planning cost is built into each image price; you pay the quoted image credits only after confirming execution. Agent-assisted planning is limited to 5 per day and 20 per rolling 30 days on the free plan. Paid plans allow 30 per day, with rolling 30-day limits of 100 on Creator, 200 on Pro, and 400 on Studio.

Can I buy credits without subscribing?

Yes. A one-time top-up does not expire and does not require a subscription. It can be used for available image generation and editing tasks. A top-up alone does not raise the free Agent-assisted planning limits.

Can I cancel a monthly or yearly renewal?

Yes. Request cancellation from Account & Billing. It stops future renewals; already funded credits remain available until their original period end. Account & billing

Can I switch plans during my billing period?

Plan changes are not available during an active paid period. Manage or cancel your current renewal in Account & Billing, then choose a new plan after the period ends. You can still buy a one-time credit top-up.

How do refunds work?

Contact support with your order ID and account email for duplicate charges, missing credits or a purchase you cannot use. We review verified payment and usage records under the Refund Policy. Refund policy
