The service
Alphaize provides image generation and editing workflows, plus separate browser-based color tools. Availability depends on the capabilities shown in the workspace. A plan describes the requested work; execution begins only after the required confirmation. You may complete one step or continue editing within a project.
Your content and use
Only submit content you own or have permission to process. You remain responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation or deceptive changes to records. Review generated images before using or publishing them.
Prices and credits
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless you cancel future renewals in Account & billing. Monthly credits expire at each paid period's end; yearly credits are delivered upfront and expire at the yearly period's end. One-time top-up credits do not expire. Direct and Agent-assisted planning do not debit credits; fair-use planning limits apply. Image execution requires your confirmation of the exact credit quote, including size and input-image costs. Credits are granted only after payment is verified. Test orders do not grant spendable credits.
Review generated results
Generative results can contain inaccuracies or differ from your request. Preview results before downloading or continuing. Alphaize does not guarantee that a particular prompt will produce an exact image, identical typography or unchanged pixels unless a specific supported operation states that guarantee.
Service and AI output disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alphaize and its AI-generated outputs are provided as available and without a warranty of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, originality or freedom from third-party rights. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to existing work. You must review an output and obtain any rights or permissions needed before using it. Nothing here limits rights that law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alphaize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid for Alphaize in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or willful misconduct.
Violation and termination
If you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may refuse or hold a request, remove prohibited content, restrict features, suspend access while we review the matter, or terminate your account for serious or repeated violations. We may act immediately to protect people or comply with law. You can contact support@alphaize.com to request a review. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights remain governed by the applicable purchase terms and law.
AI content rules
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. It lists prohibited image and prompt content, explains automated moderation and reports, and describes enforcement and appeals. Review it before submitting content.
Operator information
Alphaize is the product and merchant display name. For questions about the service or a transaction, contact support@alphaize.com and include your account or order details.
