The free Remove Color and Image Color Changer tools process files in your browser. Selecting a file in those tools does not upload it to the Agent or a remote image service.
Image Agent projects
When you submit an image to the Agent, it is uploaded to private project storage. Your instructions are sent to Waffo Prompt Sift for safety screening and to services that plan or execute the requested task. Reference and generated images are checked by SeeAPI; required image inputs are also sent to the services that execute the task. Outputs are stored with your project. Alphaize does not automatically publish a public gallery of your images.
Working copies and saved projects
Browser color-tool working copies stay in the current browser session. Agent projects, uploaded inputs and generated versions are stored privately so you can reopen and continue them. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
Accounts and payments
Account information supports sign-in and project ownership. Payment processing uses Waffo hosted checkout; Alphaize receives the order and payment status needed to manage credits. Do not submit payment card details through image prompts or support messages.
Visits, usage analytics and recordings
Google Analytics receives page-view signals for known page types without analytics cookies until you allow optional analytics. These signals do not provide an exact count of unique people. With your permission, we also measure selected product actions such as starting a plan or checkout, using fixed categories rather than prompts, images, project IDs or full URLs. If you separately allow recordings, Microsoft Clarity can capture masked interactions on public pages only. We do not record the workspace, account, sign-in, URLs with parameters, or uploaded image content. You can change these choices at any time below.
Operational error reports
To investigate failures, we collect a limited number of short-lived diagnostic events. They contain a fixed page category, error category, browser family and major version, and sometimes an HTTP status or compiled code location. They do not contain prompts, images, account IDs, project IDs, full URLs, cookies or analytics identifiers. Diagnostic events are deleted after seven days.

For privacy or deletion requests, contact support@alphaize.com using your account email. Account and project removal requests are reviewed by support; payment and security records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised.
